Vanessa and her daughter, Savannah, started WCAY (We Care About You) 19 years ago by passing out sandwiches under the Broadway Street bridge in Knoxville.
Today, we serve hundreds of homeless and needy in Knoxville with hot meals, warm clothing, and other basic necessities. We build trusting relationships with these community members and tailor our services to meet their individual needs.
